I’m Anusha Iyer, a design leader with almost 15 years of experience improving workflows of knowledge workers in a variety of sectors as a UX and product designer. I have done research, influenced business strategy, improved design awareness and run workshops as part of my UX career and decided it’s time I focused on doing this as a solo-entrepreneur. I am now a service designer, workshop facilitator and design trainer.
I'm also a musician and a mum, and my creativity is inspired by a wide range of different interests and creative disciplines that I engage in (past and present) - food, music, pottery, architecture, interactive art and emerging technologies to name a few.
I’d be happy to chat with any team or organisation who would like to make a positive change in their workflows, optimise their processes to have a social impact, or add value to their customers and unlock profit.
I start with a free 30 min call, where I learn about your requirements and find out if there’s a fit between our values and needs. If we see a fit, I’ll work with your constraints and requirements to create a program of work that’s right for you based on the timescale, budget and skills I have to offer.
I work 3 days a week and my day rate is £550 for service design work. I’m happy to adapt the rate to fit your budget if you’re a charity or CIC working on social impact or in the climate sector.
Workshop design and facilitation starts at £1800 for a 3-4 hour workshop including prep and discovery work.
